1. Purchase & Pricing Terms

All promotional package pricing (10 Wipes at $122.30, 7 Wipes at $97.86, 5 Wipes at $78.65, and 2 Wipes at $34.96) is subject to current inventory availability. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) or equivalent local currency calculated at checkout. Standard shipping and applicable sales taxes are displayed during checkout before final purchase authorization. Your purchase will appear on your billing statement under the descriptor "LifeGauge Wellness, LLC."

2. Intended Product Usage & Disclaimers

LifeGauge Scratch Eraser™ is designed for clear-coat surface blemishes, light-to-medium scratches, paint transfer, and swirl marks. It is not designed to replace structural automotive metalwork, frame restoration, or deep scratches that expose bare primer or steel. Always test on an inconspicuous spot before widespread application.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of Scratch Eraser™. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. In accordance with merchant guidelines, returned items must be in their original unopened packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Limitation of Liability

LifeGauge Wellness, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper application, excessive pressure, or misuse of the product on non-approved substrates.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual sales agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
